APPLICATIONS
TRIMMING
Removal of excess plastic which provides high quality finish, consistent parts and optimal functionality. This is also important in establishing your product as refined and professional.
POLISHING
Perfecting your product with a surface polish for a professional, high quality look. We clean each component so your final product visually reflects the high tier functionality we aim for.
DRILLING
Blind, threaded and through threads which aren’t moulded-in are drilled post-moulding and deburred. Consistency is maintained using post-processing accessories such as drills and jigs.
TESTING
Vacuum and pressure testing is performed in all our tanks and storage containers to prevent leakage or bursting during use, and to ensure all products are safe and effective for user end.
FOAMING
Used to increase structural rigidity, provide thermal insulation, enhance noise dampening, or to improve buoyancy of marine products.
FLAMING
Surface treatment which improves adhesion qualities, increases bond strength, and boosts durability for an optimal surface for coating, painting, bonding or wrapping.
